WORKSHOP BLURBS

Characterization- minimum words, maximum impact

This workshop will address different ways to develop characters.

Show ways to use the little things to make characters memorable.

Put the writer in the character’s heads and body.

Will use country western songs to show how choosing the right words can spark a connection between the reader and the characters.

Stages of Writing

This workshop begins with believing in your writing skills and wanders through the process of becoming published and what you need to know as a published author.

Pacing

Learn how to grab the agent, editor, or reader’s attention with hooks and keep them reading until “The End”.

Using information gathered from other pacing workshops, I’ll show you how to make your books page turning reads.
